Michael founded Efficient Labs after seeing the same pattern across every regulated industry: organizations that needed AI the most were the ones that could least afford to use public tools.
His background spans enterprise cloud architecture, compliance engineering, and AI infrastructure design. He built Efficient Labs to bridge the gap between what enterprises need and what the AI market offers.
The thesis is simple: sovereign AI infrastructure should be faster to deploy, easier to manage, and more cost-effective than trying to make public AI tools compliant. Every client engagement proves it.
